The Europe-Korea Marine and Ocean Engineers Association (EKMOA) is delighted to extend an invitation for your attendance at the World Symposium on Ocean Science (WSOS) 2024. This prestigious event is scheduled to be held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from May 31st to June 1st, 2024.
This workshop 2024 is particularly specialised on the theme of Decarbonisation and Digitalization in the Maritime Sector.
vWorkshop Focus Areas: the ocean, advancements in marine technology, preservation of marine environments, sustainable shipping practices, development and implementation of autonomous and intelligent shipping solutions, adherence to maritime rules and regulations, alongside topics concerning risk management, safety, and reliability in maritime operations.
WSOS 2023 aims to
v Conduct a thorough review of contemporary, advanced technological solutions and engage in forward-looking discussions on their evolutionary trajectories.
v Initiate in-depth exchanges on collaborative research, cutting-edge development, and innovative practices with distinguished researchers, engineering experts, and policy strategists from Korea and the UK/Europe.
v Foster a deeper bilateral comprehension and reinforce the foundation for enduring friendships between the communities of Korea and the UK/Europe.
